We are Nebraska & SW Iowa's leading private-sale company and most of our customers are successful selling their property by owner, without the MLS. Our sister company, Mach 1 Real Estate, Inc. was formed in 2004 to assist sellers with a staff of licensed agents and brokers. This is a full-service, licensed real estate company in Nebraska and serves the Greater Omaha Metro area only. We offer a wide variety of options from discounted MLS to full service for our customers who wish to participate, and you can even retain your right to continue to sell it yourself and save!
 
What is the MLS?

The  Multiple Listing Service is a listing service that Omaha area licensed real estate agents and brokers use to "list" their properties for sale. All member brokers can list their homes for sale and make them available to other agents to sell. The general public does not have access to this system.
